Bio:

Originally from the warm plains to the south, Rain’s tribe migrated up to the city, where they have carved out a sizable chunk of the park and port areas as their own. Part of their agreement with the city was to loan their warriors to the military in the face of the invading army.
Rain’s tribe, like herself, is descended from dragons. Their blood runs like with draconic magic, and all worship the great Dragon gods of Apsu and Tiamat.
